It was matured for 16 years, with the final 6 years spent finishing in a single Moscatel hogshead, creating notes of fruit, chocolate and ginger that balance beautifully on the palate. It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Alistair Walker for his Infrequent Flyers Colleciton.
