Watching Over the Slumped Mountain Man hypha-gallery-farringdon They shift gently as theyThe Slumped Mountain Man began as a figure in a lino print curled up on his side and resting. He was conceived in winter, during a slump, but his form was carried through various works into the summer. This painting was created for a duo show with Woo Jin Joo during London Gallery Weekend 2025, which explored transformation, mythology and imagined worlds. As summer approached, the Slumped Man gained a guardian who had rolled out of the horizon line.
