It is guaranteed to be free of colourings and preservatives. The cows' feed is guaranteed GMO free (<0. 9%). The cows are of the Simmental and Aubrac breeds, the latter having been reintroduced into milk production. They feed on grass in the summer and exclusively on hay in winter. The production of Aubrac aligot
