Description

The result is a super aromatic textural delight that holds true to the Rainbow Juice mantra of a "skin contact rose" (if that makes any sense)

This was fermented using lees (previously used to ferment Foxbic) from our favourite cider producer Tom Oliver

and aged in two old oak barrels for 14 months

This is a mixed ferm beer using 250g/L of British sour cherries macerated in tank for four months
