Aged in old calvados barrels and old Foursquare rum barrels. The nose opens with notes of ripe apples and honey, before evolving into scents of cinnamon, brown sugar, and toasted wood in a deliciously pastry like universe enriched by notes of brioche and baba. On the palate, the attack is straightforward, with a fine structure supported by toasted wood. Very rich, the palate
