Jerome Fornerot Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc 2024 Grower Champagne creating diverse wood interaction acrossJerome Fornerot founded his domaine in Saint Aubin in 2004, and over the years has built a stark stylistic consistency across his whites precise, mineral, never overworked. The Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc comes from parcels in Saint Aubin (the first acquired in 2013), sitting at higher elevation than his village wines. The cool perch translates into a bright, energetic Chardonnay with real freshness and a generous serving of fruit. Honest, well made
