Nito - Yamadanishiki 55 Size:720 ml Gensai has a scent likeDedication and hard work pay off, and this sake is proof. It took five years of testing, tasting and innovating to finally perfect Nito Yamadanishiki 55, but the result is well worth the effort! This sake balances the primary flavor of umami, undercurrents of sweet tangerine juice and a subtle tannin like shibumi aftertaste. Each sip is like a journey through a botanical garden, with new surprises at each turn.
