Their Double Oak is aged in high char new American oak barrels, then transferred into toasted wave stave barrels for an additional 18 months. It's sweet for a rye, giving notes of caramel, toffee, hazelnut, and toasted coconut. Age 4 5 Years. Mash Bill Undisclosed (at least 51% rye). Proof 96. 6 48. 3% ABV
