Ruth Lewandowski Boaz 2020 12.5% (750ml) 750ml The resulting raw ale continuedDark fruits Peppercorn Anise This burly red is a blend of old vine, dry farmed organic Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon from Testa Vineyard in Mendocino County, planted in 1912 vines are rooted in alluvial sedimentary soils. Fermented in whole clusters using wild yeasts, it's unfined and unfiltered, with minimal SO2 added. Supple, acid driven and focused, you'll find notes of gamey dark fruit with peppercorn, anise and a touch of smoke.
