Bombers BC45 Petros Loose Ring Snaffle Nosebands and Browbands Butterfly FlipThe BC45 Petros Loose Ring Snaffle from Bombers Bits has a central control plate set at a 45 degree angle to follow the contours of the horse's tongue. Consequently, a horse who uses his tongue as a means of pushing against the bit and therefore taking control, will draw back and tuck his chin in, coming back to a better point of control. The Petros mouthpiece rotates, which can help to prevent the horse from leaning or trying to take hold of the bit.
