Jacques-Frederic Mugnier Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2023 CS20230731 Bright White does what itLes Amoureuses is the most celebrated Premier Cru in Chambolle Musigny, sitting just below Le Musigny itself, and many drinkers rate it at Grand Cru quality. Mugnier's version is the essence of why: pure perfume, silk and lift, the floral, finely grained Chambolle signature dialed up. Production is small and demand is enormous, so this is allocated and rare. Gorgeous young but rewards patience.
