Domaine Rietsch Tout Rouge 2022 12% (1 litre) Collab Pouring an intense redLight Fresh Candied cherry This is a smashing table red from the legendary natural Alsace producer Jean Pierre Rietsch. It's made from organic Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes that were harvested by hand, before undergoing a 14 day whole bunch maceration, then fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Bottled with no filtration or fining and just a tiny amount of sulphur. It's light and fresh, but with concentrated candied cherry
