It was aged for 14 years in a single First Fill Sherry Butt, resulting in a rich, sweet, and creamy malt with notes of stewed plums, orange marmalade, and cracked black pepper. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Gordon and MacPhail for their Spirit of Scotland Collection.
