For 2019 Penn has introduced two new sizes, a 15 TALL and a 60 size. The 15T will be an interesting piece. When first mentioned I wasnt all that excited thinking it was going to be a narrow version of the current 15. My error, its not just another 15, its taller and holds more line than the standard sized 15. Since these reels were first introduced Id been pining to have the 25N and 40N made in silverfor myself. I wasnt of a mind to spend an extra $100 or more to have Penn custom anodized mine (when that was an option it is not now offered). Well, Penn listened to me(likely not) and finally produced the reels in SILVER!!! My gosh they look great, and theyll deal better with long term use and abuse as a consequence
From there, its just a matter of getting used to the lures massive splash-down, keeping it in your hand through thick and thin, and thereby developing confidence
