The best evidence available is that BPC-157 results in improved outcomes in muscle, tendon, ligament, and bone injury models in animals. There are probably trials ongoing, but if we are being honest about the totality of evidence available to us right now , it is irresponsible to claim either way that BPC-157 does or does not increase performance
