Benefits (Research Focus) Combined GHRH + GHS-R activation studied for paired pathway stimulation of the somatotropic axis Pulsatile GH release investigated for physiologic-pattern growth hormone release in research models IGF-1 axis signaling explored for downstream hepatic IGF-1 production and somatotropic endpoints Visceral adipose research examined for VAT-specific endpoints via the tesamorelin component in lipodystrophy models Hormone selectivity researched for ipamorelins reported minimal off-target effects on cortisol, prolactin, and ACTH What Researchers Look At Plasma GH and IGF-1 dynamics following paired peptide administration Pulsatile vs sustained GH release across paired GHRH and GHS-R stimulation Visceral adipose tissue (VAT) measurements via CT or MRI in lipodystrophy research models Cortisol, prolactin, and ACTH response panels (selectivity markers) Comparative pharmacology versus single-component administration of either peptide Quick Specs Form: Lyophilized white powder Tesamorelin: 10 mg per vial Ipamorelin: 3 mg per vial Total Peptide Content: 13 mg per vial Quantity: 1 vial Appearance: White to off-white lyophilizate Reconstitution: Bacteriostatic or sterile water (added by the end researcher) Purity: 99% by HPLC (per component) Identity: MS-verified (per COA) Storage: Protect from light Identity Basics Compound 1: Tesamorelin Synonyms: TH9507
