Other reported effects include: Headaches and dizziness Nausea and gastrointestinal discomfort Allergic reactions to B12 formulations (rare) If you experience symptoms suggesting a severe allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, severe rash, swelling of face/throat), seek emergency medical attention immediately by calling 999 or attending A&E
