Mokaflor's Blu combines the mildness of Brazilian Arabicas with the intensity and structure of Robusta beans from the Far East. The coffee is roasted in a so called "separation process" in which each type of bean is roasted taking into account its ideal roasting point. To do this, Mokaflor uses a roasting
