It is a fresh, fruity interpretation of the Nebbiolo, Croatina, and Vespolina grapes, with a higher proportion of Croatina. The winery follows the traditional grape variety profile of the Bramaterra region. Spontaneous fermentation is followed by maceration and aging in French oak, as well as one year in the bottle, before the Al Forte is ready for customers
